Give us the backstory/plans and name for AT LEAST one of your characters you would plan to play on the KUFFS FiveM server? Justin Harper was born in San Andreas in 1988. His father worked at the factory and his mother was a school teacher. Justin was popular in school and played on the high school football team. After graduating high school justin joined the military and completed two tours overseas. Justin was honorably discharged from the military and has returned home to begin a new career. His main goal to pursue a career in law enforcement, so he can continue to serve and protect.
